Our Story
Bandit is a downtown Birmingham bakery dedicated to small-batch, seasonally driven pastries.
Founded by Kristen Hall in 2013, Bandit has grown into a beloved local bakery. Today, owner Lacy Triplett, Hall’s longtime collaborator, builds on that foundation, drawing on years of experience to create an ever-evolving selection of sweet and savory pastries focused on local ingredients and classic French technique.
In addition to our downtown shop on 1st Avenue North, Bandit pastries and breads are available each Wednesday and Saturday at the Market at Pepper Place, as well as through a growing network of wholesale partners across the city.
