Our Story
Located in downtown Birmingham, Bandit Pâtisserie, is a celebration of small batch, seasonally driven pastries.
Founded by Kristen Hall in 2013, Bandit has grown into a beloved local bakery. She and her co-owner, Lacy Triplett, are excited to bring an incredible selection of sweet and savory pastries every day to their beautifully designed space.
Our new location is at 2323 1st Avenue North, Birmingham, AL.
